The first thing we did when we got there was go out to eat. We went to Friendly's (one of our fave places to eat when we lived in VA, but they don't have them around here) and got ice cream sundaes.
Then we met up with our friend Rob from high school and went out to Howl at the Moon. It's a dueling piano bar and it was so much fun! They had buy 1 get 2 free drink specials and we still spent WAY TOO much!
Which means of course, that I was kind of hungover the next day when we went to Islands of Adventure, but that's okay! I rode all of the rollercoasters anyway (many of them by myself because my husband is a WUSS! :) More on that tomorrow....

I read this whole post it may as well have only been a picture of your ice cream. I miss Friendly's and knew exactly what you were eating when I saw the Sundae. They need to go national!
