I love lots of series, and have lots of favorite authors. But my all time favorite books are:

These are not only my favorite books but are some of the only books that I actually like enough to read over and over again. Every year I re-read the entire series before each new book/movie comes out. And I can hardly believe that the books are done and the movies are ALMOST done. *sigh*

One of my favorite books is one I read recently called "The Help".
I could never get into Harry Potter. I might have to try again sometime, my stepdaughter has all the books so they are there for the borrowing! :)

ooooooh I love Harry Potter! I don't reread it every year but have reread the first one a few times and read them all to my kids.
They are some of my favs as well.
I definitely love the Jane Austen books, and honestly I've never read Harry Potter but I bet my kids would like it!

I have heard tons about these books but I was never into that kind of book so I've never really tried. Lucas and I started reading one together a few years ago but he wasn't that into at the time. i think now at 9 almost 10 he might be more interested-might try it again!
My favorite book changes, it seems, every six months...but, I must say for the past 12 months, since I first read it (I've since read it one more time) I have to say that my favorite book today is......Water for Elephants. And, I just found out, they are making a movie and I really really hope they don't BLOW IT...it's really is an excellent book.
