I haven't posted many recipes lately because most of the ones I have been using come out of the Biggest Loser Family cookbook. That is a great book with a lot of easy, healthy recipes that are actually GOOD (even my picky husband likes many of them). I definitely recommend it. But these are some recipes I have also been using on a regular basis.
Easy Fried Rice (This is Me, Consequently)
Crab Rangoon (This is Me, Consequently) - What can I say, we love our asian food :)
Chicken w/Bacon & Cheese (A Year of Crockpotting)
Quesadillas & Salad with Avocado Ranch Dressing (A Year in the Kitchen)--This dressing is especially good!! She has a ton of really healthy recipes on her site, too.
